Account details (email, phone), the profile information you provide, photos you upload, and how you use the service. If our AI helps build your profile, we process the text you submit to extract attributes.
How we use it
To create your profile, generate matches, enable conversations with mutual matches, keep the community safe, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
Who can see your information
Your contact details (email and phone) are hidden from other members until you and a match have mutually connected. Profile information you mark visible is shown to potential matches; agency-managed profiles follow the visibility rules set by the agency.
Data retention & your rights
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us to make a request.
Security
Authentication uses signed tokens, and contact information is gated server-side. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data with appropriate safeguards.
