Child safety standards

• Every member must be 18 or older. Date of birth is a required profile field, agencies must declare the age of every candidate they list, and accounts or listings that appear to belong to anyone under 18 are removed.
• No content involving minors may be uploaded, listed, shared or requested anywhere on the service, including profile photos, descriptions, family details and messages.

We prohibit any content or conduct that sexualises, exploits, grooms, solicits or endangers a child. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualised depictions or descriptions of minors, attempts to contact or arrange meetings with minors, and the use of the service to broker a marriage or engagement involving anyone under 18. Such behaviour violates our Terms of Service and applicable law.

• In the app: every candidate listing, agency profile and conversation has a Report action. Choose “Appears to be under 18” or “Child sexual abuse or exploitation” and add any detail you can.
• By email: write to thundermindtech@gmail.com with the subject “Child safety”. Reports can be made anonymously.
• Emergencies: if a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.

• Child-safety reports are reviewed with priority by a designated member of the ThunderMind Tech team, ahead of all other report categories.
• Confirmed violations lead to immediate removal of the content, permanent termination of the account or agency involved, and a block on re-registration.
• Apparent CSAM is reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable and local law enforcement, and we preserve the evidence required for those reports.
• We cooperate with lawful requests from law-enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation.

ThunderMind Tech complies with applicable child-safety laws, including the laws of Pakistan where it is based and the requirements of the app stores through which Trueproposals is distributed. These standards are reviewed at least once a year.
