Introducing Trueproposals for Matchmaking Agencies

Trueproposals gives rishta agencies a private roster, consent-based introductions with other verified agencies, and candidate privacy enforced at the source. Free today.

Every good rishta agency already has the hardest part: trust. Families come to you because you know people, you check backgrounds, and you will not send their son's or daughter's details to just anyone. What most agencies do not have is a tool built around that trust. The roster lives in a register, a spreadsheet or a phone gallery, and the moment a profile is forwarded on WhatsApp, you lose control of where it goes next.

Trueproposals is built for exactly this gap. It is a network for matchmaking agencies: a private place to keep your candidates, a way to find suitable matches among other verified agencies' candidates, and a process where nothing personal changes hands until both sides agree.

Your roster stays yours

When you add a candidate to Trueproposals, they are private by default. Only your agency can see them. You decide, candidate by candidate, whether a profile is listed on the network or kept to yourself and shown only when you choose to introduce it.

If you already have a database, you do not have to type it in again. You can import your existing roster from a spreadsheet, then fill in the details over time: education, profession, family background, location, faith and what each candidate is looking for in a partner.

Your team can work from the same roster. The owner account can add staff, so everyone in your office sees one up-to-date list instead of several versions on several phones.

Match inside your roster, then beyond it

For every candidate, Trueproposals suggests suitable matches. Some preferences work as firm filters, such as age range, location, faith and languages. Others adjust a compatibility score, such as education, height and marital status. You get a ranked set of suggestions, with the reasons behind each one. The system suggests; you decide.

Matching starts with your own candidates, and that is often where the best matches are. When your own roster does not have the right person, you can search the candidates other agencies have chosen to list on the network.

Introductions with consent, not forwarding

This is the part that changes how cross-agency work feels. When you find a suitable candidate at another agency, you send an introduction on behalf of your candidate. The other agency reviews it with their candidate and their family. Only if they accept does a conversation open between the two agencies.

Until that point:

  • No phone numbers or email addresses are shared. Contact details are hidden on our servers, not just hidden on the screen.
  • No profile is forwarded outside the platform, so it cannot be passed on to people you never chose.
  • A private candidate you introduce is visible only to the agency you introduced them to, not to everyone on the network.

Once both sides accept, you can talk agency to agency, coordinate with the families and arrange the meeting, all with a record of who agreed to what.

Families can see who represents them

Profiles managed by an agency carry a clear Represented by badge with the agency's name. Families always know who is behind a profile and who they are speaking to. Agencies that have passed our review also carry a Verified agency badge.

Representation is never a trap. If a candidate wants to take their profile back and manage it themselves, you can hand it over to them, and your agency's role ends cleanly.

Why every agency on the network is reviewed

A network of agencies is only as trustworthy as its weakest member. That is why no agency can make introductions until our team has reviewed it. When you sign up, you can set up your profile and start building your roster straight away. Listing candidates and making introductions open once your agency has been activated. Verification, which adds the badge, is granted separately after we have checked your identity and business details.

This review takes a little time, and we think that is the point. When an introduction arrives from another agency on Trueproposals, you know a real, checked business sent it.

What it costs

Trueproposals is free for agencies today: building your roster, matching within it and making introductions across the network. If we introduce paid features later, such as introduction credits, they will be optional and clearly priced before anyone pays.

Getting started

Setting up takes a few minutes:

  1. Create your agency and an owner account from the agency sign-up page.
  2. Add your agency's details, such as your location and a short introduction families will see.
  3. Import your existing roster from a spreadsheet, or add candidates one by one.
  4. Once our team has reviewed and activated your agency, start listing candidates and sending introductions.

If you would like to talk to us first, about how verification works, how privacy is handled, or whether Trueproposals suits the way your agency works, send us a message. A real person reads every one.

Matchmaking has always run on trust. Trueproposals keeps that trust where it belongs: with you, your candidates and their families.
